The rooibos base keeps this from tasting like straight dessert, and the papaya pieces add a faint fruity tang between the almond notes. Steeped it about five minutes and the whole kitchen smelled like marzipan.

The almond pieces actually come through in the smell before you even pour the water, which I didn't expect from a rooibos base. It's naturally sweet from the papaya so I skip adding honey, and it's become my default cup on cold evenings.

I was skeptical about a tea tasting like marzipan, but the rooibos keeps it from getting too sweet. The papaya and almond pieces give it a nice nutty finish.
