藍莓爆炸

I was skeptical about a blueberry tea that isn't overpoweringly sweet, but this one is genuinely light and refreshing. Steeped it hot this morning, then poured the rest over ice for lunch, and it held up both ways. Already plotting a batch as a syrup for weekend pancakes.

I brewed a big pitcher of this cold and it's been my afternoon drink all week. The blueberry comes through without tasting artificial, which is usually my problem with fruit teas.

The blueberry flavor is light enough that it doesn't taste artificial, and it's just as good hot as it is over ice. I mixed a bit of the brewed tea into pancake batter last weekend and the whole kitchen smelled amazing.
