Tarajulie Estate, 2nd Flush

The 1500-foot elevation really gives this second flush a depth I wasn’t expecting—the malty notes are bold but not harsh. It’s become my go-to for a slow afternoon cup.

This tea’s body is wonderfully full and rich, exactly what I was hoping for from a second flush. I’ve been brewing it for a few minutes and the malty flavor is present but not overwhelming. Definitely a solid daily drinker for me.

The malty flavor really comes through, especially with a splash of milk. I've been drinking it every morning for a week and the full body holds up even on the second steep.
