綠薄荷

I've been drinking a cup of this every night before bed since it's caffeine-free, and the mint flavor is mild enough that it never feels overpowering. The loose leaves hold up well to a second steep too.

Steeping a big spoonful in my teapot after dinner has become my wind-down ritual. The mint flavor is mild rather than sharp, and since it's caffeine-free I can have a cup at 9pm without lying awake.

I like that this spearmint is more subtle than some other mint teas—it's not overpowering. The loose leaves brew a clear, refreshing cup that's perfect for unwinding. Only downside is I wish the bag had a resealable closure.
