Steeped a mug after dinner most nights and it's become a nice little ritual — light, slightly grassy, and never bitter as long as I don't overdo the water temp. The loose leaves expand a lot, so one teaspoon goes further than I expected.

The green tea base is smooth enough that I don't need honey, which surprised me since most herbal blends taste like grass clippings. Steeping it for about three minutes after lunch has become my little ritual.

I've been drinking this every afternoon instead of coffee and the herbal notes keep it from tasting too grassy. The loose leaves steep clean in my basket, no gritty bits at the bottom of the cup.
