橘子奶油冰棒

Brewed a batch of this as a tea syrup for pancakes last weekend — the orange-citrus note balances perfectly with the creaminess. It's so versatile, I've already used it iced and in a mocktail.

The vanilla really comes through when you brew this hot, and it genuinely tastes like a melted creamsicle rather than fake orange candy. I've also been using the steeped tea as a syrup over pancakes on weekends, which works surprisingly well.

I made a pitcher of this iced for a backyard cookout and it disappeared before the burgers were even done. The vanilla really comes through without drowning out the orange, and it's not overly sweet on its own.
