Brewed this at 185°F for about three minutes and the flowery notes really come through without any bitterness. You can taste why Nuwara Eliya teas are so different from the stronger Indian ones I used to drink.

The floral note is so delicate and clean, it genuinely tastes like a garden in a cup, not a perfume bomb. I brew it light and it’s become my afternoon ritual—smooth, never bitter, even when I get distracted and let it steep a bit too long.

This is my third order of this exact tea and the flowery lightness is still spot on—it's the perfect cuppa for when I want something delicate in the afternoon. The leaves brew up a beautiful pale golden liquor that smells just like a fresh garden.
