I steeped this cold overnight and it turned out so refreshing, with the mango sweetness balancing the lemon tartness really well. Used the rest to make a syrup for weekend mocktails and it was a hit.

Steeped a big pitcher of this cold for a backyard lunch and it disappeared before the food even came out. The lemon keeps the mango from getting too sweet, which is exactly what I wanted.
