I was skeptical about yet another "menopause tea" but three cups in, the night sweats have eased enough that I'm sleeping through till 5am. The ginger and spice mix is warming without being sharp, and I like that it's loose leaf so I can brew it as strong as I need.

The headaches I used to get every afternoon have mostly stopped since I started drinking a cup of this around lunch. It's spicy and warming without needing any sweetener, which I appreciate. Two months in and my night sweats are noticeably milder.

The cinnamon and clove make this actually taste good, not like the grassy herbal teas I've choked down before. I've been drinking a cup before bed for about three weeks and the night sweats have eased up enough that I'm not changing sheets at 3am anymore.
