I've been drinking this blend every morning and the mix of green tea with spices and herbs gives me a steady energy without the jitters I used to get from coffee. The berry flavor is subtle but adds just enough sweetness to make it enjoyable plain.

The mix of green tea and berries gives it a really nice, not-too-sweet flavor that I look forward to every morning. I've noticed I feel more alert and steady throughout the afternoon since switching to this blend.

I was skeptical about "youthful vitality" claims, but the berry and spice mix really does give a clean, steady energy without the jittery crash I get from coffee. The green tea base is smooth and not bitter at all, even when I steep it a bit longer than recommended.
