接骨木莓爆裂，有機

I was skeptical about a fruit tea being this smooth, but the hibiscus and raisins balance the elderberry so it never turns tart. Steeped a cup hot this morning and it needed no honey at all.

Brewed a big batch last night and it turned out so smooth and naturally sweet, no sugar needed at all. The raisins really come through and balance the tartness of the hibiscus perfectly, even as a cold drink it stayed flavorful.

The deep purple color from the hibiscus makes a gorgeous cup, and the elderberries give it a naturally sweet tang that needs no sugar. I’ve been brewing a big batch hot and then pouring it over ice for afternoon pick-me-ups, and it’s refreshing without being tart.
