The bergamot aroma hits you as soon as you open the pouch, and it brews up a bright, balanced cup without any bitterness. I've been making it my afternoon staple.
The Ceylon base gives this a smoother, less astringent cup than the grocery store bags I used to buy. I let it steep about four minutes and the citrus stays clean instead of turning perfume-y. Gone through half the tin already.
