查看詳細說明The bergamot comes through bright and clean, and that blue flower note keeps it from tasting like every other Earl Grey I've had. Steeped it about four minutes and it stayed smooth without going bitter.
I was worried the blue flower would be purely decorative, but it genuinely softens the bergamot into something smoother and less sharp than my usual Earl Grey. Steeping it about three minutes keeps the citrus bright without any bitterness.
The blue flowers really do brighten up the dry leaves, and the bergamot comes through clean and smooth instead of sharp. I brewed a pot for guests and they kept asking what the subtle floral note was.
