I steeped this hot on a rainy afternoon and the tart cherry comes through so strongly I barely needed sweetener. Also tried it iced overnight and it stayed deep and fruity instead of getting watery.

The tart cherry flavor is bold enough that I only need one teaspoon per cup, and it stays strong even after a second steep. I've been brewing it hot in the mornings, but I tried it iced over the weekend and it's just as good.

I've been making a cold brew version of this with a splash of soda water, and the deep cherry taste holds up well without turning bitter. Docking one star because the leaves are quite fine, so my mesh strainer catches a lot of sediment unless I use a paper filter.
