The caramel and vanilla turn this into a dessert-like Earl Grey — rich and creamy without ever feeling heavy. I'm already on my second pot this week.

The lavender in this is what sold me — it softens the bergamot so the cup never turns sharp or soapy. I've been brewing it with a splash of oat milk in the mornings and the vanilla and caramel come through creamy without any added sweetener.

I usually take my Earl Grey plain but the vanilla and caramel in this one won me over. It's creamy without any milk, and the bergamot still comes through. Two cups in and the tin's already half gone.
