ブラックペッパー ホール

The earthy aroma that hit me when I opened the bag was incredible, way more pungent than the stale pre-ground stuff I’ve been using. I just cracked a few over my pasta sauce and the heat level is perfect, gives everything a deep warmth without being harsh.

The heat level is perfect—it warms the dish without overpowering, and that earthy punch really brings out the savory notes in my stews. I've used it in everything from pasta sauce to roasted veggies, and it's become my go-to grinder spice.
