I love how the whole allspice berries add an unexpected warmth to the mix—way more complex than plain black pepper. Grinding these over a roast chicken made the whole kitchen smell amazing.

Pink and green peppercorns add a really nice pop of color and mild fruitiness to the usual black and white ones. I’ve been grinding them over roasted veggies and the allspice note gives it a warm, unexpected kick.

The blend of white and pink peppercorns gives the spice mix a unique warmth and subtle fruitiness that works perfectly on roasted vegetables. I used it in a stir-fry last night and the aroma while cooking was incredible.
