Opened the bag and that vivid red color immediately made my goulash look restaurant-quality. The subtle smoky heat adds just enough warmth without overpowering the sweet pepper taste I was hoping for.

I sprinkled this on roasted potatoes and the subtle smoky heat really came through without overpowering the dish. The vibrant red color also made the plate look much more appetizing.

The color alone sold me — my chicken paprikash came out that deep brick red you usually only get in restaurants. Sweet pepper flavor up front with just a whisper of heat at the end, and a little goes a long way.
