オールスパイス、パウダー

The earthy, clove-like aroma hit me as soon as I opened the bag—perfect for my pumpkin bread recipe. This ground allspice has a freshness that really makes a difference in the flavor. I’m glad I finally swapped my old jar for this one.

I've been using it in my jerk chicken marinade and the warm clove-like depth is perfect—no bitterness, just smooth spice. This jar will last me a while.

The clove-like smell hit me as soon as I opened the jar, way fresher than the dusty stuff from my supermarket. I stirred a spoonful into my jerk chicken marinade and it added a warm, earthy depth I wasn't expecting. Used it in a batch of carrot cake too and it worked just as well.
