The blend under the cheese before baking gave my homemade pizza way more depth than the plain jarred sauce ever did. It's a solid all-purpose mix too, I've already sprinkled it into marinara twice this week.

I've been stirring this into my bolognese for a few weeks now and the herb mix tastes way fresher than the jarred stuff I used before. Also tried it sprinkled over mozzarella before baking and it held up nicely instead of burning.
