是拉差海鹽

I've been putting this on eggs and roasted potatoes all week and the heat sneaks up on you in the best way. The sea salt crystals are coarse enough to pinch, and the sweet chile garlic balance actually tastes like the sauce, not just spicy salt.

The garlicky sriracha flavor mixed into the salt is spot on, way better than squeezing sauce from a bottle. I've been dusting it on roasted potatoes and it gives just the right sweet chile kick without extra mess.

I put a pinch on my fried eggs this morning and suddenly breakfast tasted like my favorite takeout. The heat is gentle but builds nicely, and the saltiness stays clean without overpowering the sweet chile notes. Definitely keeping this jar within arm’s reach of the stove.
