I was worried a "mild" curry would taste like nothing, but the fenugreek and cumin give it a really warm, rounded depth without any burn. My kids actually finished their bowls, which never happens with curry night.

The turmeric and coriander really come through without any of that sharp heat, so it’s been perfect for my weeknight chicken and rice bowls. Even my kids, who usually dodge anything spiced, went back for seconds.

I was a bit wary since I don't handle heat well, but this blend truly has zero kick while still smelling incredible the second you open the jar. The fenugreek gives it a depth that made my simple lentil stew taste like it simmered for hours.
