墨西哥煙燻辣椒粉

I wasn't expecting the heat to come through so gently under all that smoke, but it does. Sprinkled it over grilled chicken thighs last night and the smoky depth was unreal, way better than the plain chili powder I used to keep around.

Tossed a spoonful into my black bean soup and the whole kitchen smelled like a campfire. You can really taste that they smoke the jalapeños before grinding them, it's way deeper than regular chili powder. Already planning to rub it on chicken thighs next.

I was hesitant because some chili powders taste flat, but this one has that real campfire smokiness from the smoked jalapeños. A teaspoon in my black bean soup gave it a warm, earthy kick that my whole family noticed. Definitely my new go-to for poultry rubs.
