I've been using this on roasted carrots and the earthy, slightly minty note really comes through without overpowering. The jar arrived sealed and the leaves still smell fresh, not like the dusty stuff I've had before.

Threw a pinch into the pan while roasting chicken and it completely changed the dish, that slightly sweet minty finish really comes through. The leaves still smell strong straight from the jar, which I wasn't expecting.

The earthy, minty note in this thyme is exactly what my roast chicken needed—it cut through the richness perfectly. I used it on a tray of zucchini and bell peppers, and the slight sweetness came out beautifully. The jar seals tight, so the flavor should last.
