黒トリュフ 海塩

I was skeptical since truffle salt usually just tastes like regular salt with a faint smell, but this one actually has real truffle pieces you can see. It's expensive, but a little goes a long way on eggs and roasted potatoes.

Sprinkled this on popcorn and it tasted like something from a fancy movie theater, earthy and rich without being overpowering. The real truffle flavor actually comes through, which I didn't expect from a salt. It's become my go-to on fries and eggs too.

Even my picky teenager asked what I did differently with the scrambled eggs — this salt makes everything taste like a fancy restaurant meal. The truffle flavor comes through clearly without being overwhelming, and it dissolves nicely into butter for popcorn.
