ピクルススパイス

I was worried the clove would overpower everything, but the balance here is spot on — my pickled carrots actually taste like carrots with a nice warm kick. Used it in a quick cucumber fridge pickle and they were gone in two days.

I’ve been using this in my cucumber brine all week and the pickles are coming out with that perfect tangy kick. The blend seems well-balanced, and a little goes a long way in the jar. Definitely a staple for my canning shelf now.

The aroma alone is worth it—my whole kitchen smells like a proper brinery when I open the jar. It gave my cucumber batch that tangy, layered kick I’ve been chasing for years, and a little goes a long way.
