ラベンダーフラワー - オーガニック

The buds are surprisingly potent—just a small spoonful steeped in hot water made a calming tea that actually helped me wind down before bed. I've also been stuffing a few into little sachets for my drawers, and the floral scent lingers for weeks.

Tossed a pinch into my shortbread dough and the whole kitchen smelled like a field in July. The buds are tiny but really potent, and I've already steeped a few for tea when I can't sleep.

The fragrance hits you the moment you open the bag—strong but clean, not at all perfumey. I’ve been sprinkling a pinch into shortbread dough and the floral note comes through just right without overpowering the butter.
