Didn't expect the smoke to hit that hard when I opened the bag, it's like standing next to a dying fire. I've been using it as a rub for brisket too and it adds a nice depth without overpowering the meat.

Brewed a cup this morning and the campfire aroma filled the kitchen—perfectly intense without being harsh. The organic leaves are dark and oily, and I've even used it to season a pork shoulder.

I've been using this to smoke brisket in place of liquid smoke and the depth it adds is unreal. The dry leaves smell intensely of campfire, and even a small pinch goes a long way in a rub.
