Sussex Derby 2 Cup Pincer Spoon

I kept eyeballing the leaves and ending up with weak tea, but the pincer jaws on this spoon actually grip a consistent amount. The hinge feels solid too, not flimsy like the last one I had.

Measuring loose leaf for my two-cup pot used to be pure guesswork, but this spoon takes the thinking out of it. The pincer grip holds the leaves steady, and I get the same strength every morning without fiddling with a scale.

The pincer design makes scooping exactly two cups of loose leaf a no-brainer, and the grip feels sturdy in my hand. It’s become a permanent fixture by my tea tin, and I love not fumbling with a measuring spoon anymore.
