The sharp, fresh kick this celery seed gave my tuna salad was exactly what it needed, cutting through the richness in a way salt alone couldn't. I can see it becoming a staple for my tomato sauces too.

Tossed some of this into my egg salad for lunch and the sharpness cut through the mayo beautifully. The bitter aftertaste is subtle but adds a nice complexity.
