Brewed a big pitcher of this over the weekend and it made such a clean, light iced tea. The white tea keeps it mellow while the peach comes through without any syrupy heaviness.

I was worried the peach would taste artificial but it's genuinely light and natural, more like a fresh white tea with a hint of fruit. Cold brewed it overnight and it made the smoothest iced tea I've had all summer, no sugar needed.
