I was worried the vanilla would make this too sweet, but it just rounds out the Ceylon black tea into something smooth and earthy. Steeping it for about four minutes gives a really robust cup that's become my go-to morning brew.

The sunflower blossoms give it a subtle floral twist that I didn’t expect, and the Ceylon base keeps it strong enough for a morning cup. Smooth all the way down, no bitterness even after a few minutes steeping.

I usually take my black tea with milk but this one is smooth enough to drink plain, and the sunflower blossoms make it feel a little fancy for a weekday morning. The earthy sweetness lingers just long enough without turning bitter if I steep it a minute too long.
