I was worried the green tea would overpower the fruit, but the sencha actually sits nicely in the background and lets the papaya come through. Steeped it about four minutes and it stayed smooth, no bitterness at all.

The strawberry and papaya really shine against the earthy sencha base—it's a bright, naturally sweet cup without any artificial taste. I've been steeping it for exactly two minutes and the flavor is perfectly balanced.

The papaya is what surprised me, it gives the strawberry a softer, almost tropical edge instead of just straight fruit. I've been brewing it hot in the morning and it never turns bitter, even when I forget and let it sit too long.
