바이유 크리올 시즈닝 블렌드

I've been using this on shrimp and sausage for a week now and my gumbo finally tastes like my grandmother's. The heat sneaks up on you instead of hitting all at once, which is exactly what I wanted.

The chipotle gives it a smoky heat that builds slowly instead of hitting you all at once, which is exactly what I wanted for gumbo and blackened catfish. Used about a tablespoon on a whole chicken last night and the Creole base came through without overpowering the smoke.

This seasoning has completely replaced my old go-to for weeknight jambalaya. The chipotle gives it that deep, smoky sweetness that builds slowly instead of slapping you in the face, and I barely need to add salt to anything else.
