I wasn't expecting much from a jarred blend but the garlic and paprika hit first, then that herby finish from the rosemary and basil. It's become my default on roasted chicken and grilled veggies, and one teaspoon really does go a long way.

The oregano and rosemary come through way more than the paprika, which I actually prefer on grilled chicken. A little goes a long way, so this jar is going to last me a while.

I’ve been sprinkling this over roasted chicken and simple pasta, and the rosemary and basil really come through without overpowering the oregano. It’s become my lazy-day shortcut to a homemade taste, and the garlic’s depth is spot-on for a jarred blend.
