아유르베다 우먼즈 우마

The loose leaf brews into a warm, slightly spicy cup that I actually look forward to after lunch. Since I started drinking it instead of a second coffee, my afternoons feel less sluggish.

I've been drinking this tea in the mornings and it gives me a steady, calm energy without jitters. The blend of ayurvedic herbs feels balanced and genuinely supports my overall wellbeing.

The licorice root gives it a naturally sweet finish, so I don't need to add honey like I did with my old loose leaf blends. Been drinking a cup mid-morning for about three weeks now and the afternoon slump isn't hitting as hard.
