トゥルシーマルチ

I was skeptical about adaptogens actually doing anything, but steeping two teaspoons of this before bed has genuinely helped me wind down after stressful days. The blend of multiple tulsi types gives it a clovey, slightly peppery taste that took a few cups to appreciate.

This loose leaf blend has become my evening reset after stressful workdays — the adaptogenic tulsi actually feels calming instead of just tasting herbal. And knowing it supports my immune system makes the nightly cup feel like a small investment in myself. Already ordered a second pouch.

I've been swapping my afternoon coffee for a cup of this and the de-stress effect is real, I'm noticeably less wired by 5pm. The adaptogenic tulsi does most of the work here, and it steeps into a smooth, earthy cup without any bitterness.
