The honey-like sweetness comes through even without adding anything, which I didn't expect from a red tea. Handpicked from a single estate really does make a difference in how smooth it drinks. Already on my second tin.

I was worried a red tea would turn bitter if I steeped it too long, but this one stayed smooth and honey-sweet even after five minutes. The sweetness is genuinely in the leaf, not something I had to add. Already halfway through my second bag.

I brewed this plain with no sweetener and it still tastes like honey, which surprised me for a red tea. Steeping it about three minutes keeps it smooth instead of bitter. Easily the best thing in my tea drawer right now.
