I've been drinking a cup of this about an hour before bed and the cinnamon comes through warmer than the chamomile, which I didn't expect but really like. The lavender is subtle enough that it doesn't taste like soap. Falling asleep feels a lot less like a battle now.

I was skeptical about lavender in tea but it's surprisingly subtle here, and the chamomile does the heavy lifting. Steeped it about five minutes before bed and I was out cold by ten.

The cinnamon note is what sold me—it gives the chamomile and lavender an unexpected warmth that feels like a hug in a mug. I’ve been sipping it about 30 minutes before bed and I’m actually staying asleep through the night now.
