The smoky depth it brings to my black bean soup is exactly what I was hoping for, and since it's mild, I can use a generous amount without overwhelming the dish. My whole family enjoyed the subtle sweetness it added to our chili.

The smoky depth it brings to black beans is exactly what I was hoping for, and since it's mild, I can use a generous spoonful without worrying about the kids. My stews have tasted noticeably richer this week, and the powder blends in smoothly without any grit.

I've been adding this to my chili and black bean tacos, and that mild, sweet heat from the dried pod is exactly what was missing. The powder is finely ground, so it blends in seamlessly without any gritty texture.
