The strawberry flavor here is subtle rather than syrupy, which I actually prefer since it lets the white tea's floral notes come through. I've been drinking it iced on hot days and it stays smooth even after steeping a bit long.

I brewed a cup on a warm afternoon and the floral notes paired perfectly with the hint of strawberry – it's refreshing without being too sweet. The organic quality comes through in the clean taste.

The strawberry flavor is gentle, not candy-like, which I appreciated since so many fruit teas taste artificial. It's light enough that I can drink it in the late afternoon without any bitterness creeping in.
