The earthy sweetness here means I can skip honey entirely, which I didn't expect from a red tea. Been drinking it every night before bed since it's caffeine-free and never keeps me up.

I drink this rooibos every night now instead of my usual black tea, since it's caffeine-free and doesn't keep me up. It's naturally sweet enough that I skip the honey, and the earthy flavor is smooth rather than bitter. Steeps in about five minutes and never turns harsh.

I was skeptical about a tea that's naturally sweet without any sugar, but this rooibos really is. It's smooth and earthy, and since it's caffeine-free I can have a cup late at night without lying awake. The loose leaves steep up nicely too, no bitterness even if I forget and leave the strainer in.
