The bergamot hits first but then the vanilla and caramel round it out, so it's creamy without needing milk or sugar. I've been drinking it every afternoon with a shortbread biscuit and it genuinely feels like a tiny high tea at my desk.

The vanilla and caramel really soften the bergamot’s bite, so it’s sweet without being cloying. I’ve been brewing it every afternoon with a splash of milk, and it’s the perfect creamy pick-me-up that feels fancier than my usual routine.

The cornflowers give it a lovely visual pop in the tin, and the vanilla-caramel sweetness balances the bergamot without masking it. Brewed a pot for an afternoon break and it turned into a proper little ritual, creamy and comforting.
