لاتيه شاي تشاي بجوز الهند

The coconut pieces actually steep into something creamy, not just coconut-flavored water like I expected. It's spicy enough from the chai spices that I've been drinking it plain without any milk or sweetener.

I wasn't sure about a coconut tea but the little coconut pieces actually soften the spice really nicely. Steeped it five minutes with a splash of milk and it tasted like a proper chai latte without leaving the house.

The spice-to-coconut balance is spot on—sweet and warming without one overpowering the other. I’ve been brewing a cup every afternoon since the bag arrived, and the aroma alone makes my kitchen feel cozy.
