Borengajuli, 2nd Flush

I've been drinking orange pekoe for years and this second flush is one of the fullest-bodied ones I've had. It holds up beautifully with a splash of milk without losing that malty backbone.

The malty notes really come through once it's had a few minutes to steep, and it holds up nicely without turning bitter. I've been drinking it plain in the mornings, though it takes milk well too.

I brewed a pot with a splash of milk and the malt really comes through without getting bitter. Full-bodied enough that I only need one cup in the morning. The 2nd flush leaves hold up well to a second steep too.
