Rooibos Verde, Ecológico

I've been drinking this iced with a squeeze of lemon and it's become my afternoon ritual. Compared to regular rooibos, the green version is noticeably lighter and less woody, and I like that it still has all the minerals and antioxidants. Steeps clean in about 5 minutes without turning bitter.

I was expecting something closer to regular rooibos but this is much lighter, almost like a green tea without the bitterness. Steeped it for about five minutes and got a smooth cup with no astringency, and I like that it's still caffeine free for evenings.

I steeped this for three minutes and the liquor came out a pale honey color with almost no bitterness. Its mineral richness really comes through on the back of the tongue, even though it’s way more delicate than classic rooibos. Perfect for evenings when I want something warm but light.
