Arándano Rojo y Manzana, Ecológico

I was worried the hibiscus would make it too sour, but the apple rounds it out nicely. I've been cold-brewing a pitcher overnight and it's become my afternoon drink instead of soda. Also tried reducing it into a syrup for pancakes and that worked surprisingly well.

Brewed a big pitcher of this for iced tea and the tart cranberry bite with the sweet apple really comes through, even when cold. The hibiscus base gives it a beautiful deep red color that makes it feel fancier than it is. It’s become my afternoon go-to now.

Steeped a big pitcher of this cold for a cookout and it disappeared fast — the cranberry tartness really comes through without being sour. Only gripe is I had to use about double the amount I expected per cup, so the bag won't last as long as I hoped.
