Used a few teaspoons in a white cream sauce last night and the fruity, fermented undertone really came through without staining the dish. The sharp spiciness is noticeably more refined than standard black pepper, and the bag sealed up easily to keep them fresh.

These have a real kick to them, sharper and spicier than the black peppercorns I usually grab, so a little goes a long way. I've been using them in my potato salads and creamy soups where you can't have black specks, and the fruity edge really comes through.

These white peppercorns have just the right amount of that slightly fermented note I was looking for, and they blend perfectly into my cream sauces without leaving dark specks. My last batch of alfredo actually looked restaurant-quality for once.
