I tried these granules in a stir-fry instead of chopping a fresh onion, and they dissolved perfectly without any clumping. The flavor is bold and consistent, way easier than peeling and dicing for a quick weeknight meal.

Tossed a spoonful into my soup while the fresh onions sat forgotten in the fridge, and the granulated texture dissolved perfectly without any clumps. It's genuinely saved me time on busy weeknights when chopping feels like a hassle.

The granulated texture dissolves really well into soups and stews without clumping. It's a solid time-saver for weeknight dinners, though the flavor is a bit milder than using fresh.
