حبوب الفلفل الأسود المكسرة للجزار

I've been using these peppercorns for a few weeks now, and the cracked texture really makes a difference in how the flavor infuses into my stews. The robust taste is exactly what my dishes were missing.

I usually buy pre-ground pepper, but these cracked peppercorns taste noticeably fresher and punchier on steak and pasta. The grind size is perfect—coarse enough to feel the crunch without being too big.

The coarse crack is exactly what I wanted for steak — it sticks to the meat instead of rolling off like the fine shaker stuff. Aromatics hit the second you open the jar, way brighter than pre-ground. Been going through it fast, might need a bigger size next time.
